6. Search Engine and Third-Party Platforms

9. Payments and Fees
Service fees, payment schedules, and applicable taxes will be communicated through the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement.

- The client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct.
- Continuing the engagement would create legal or operational concerns.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility will depend on the service purchased and the terms agreed at the time of engagement.
Because many digital marketing services involve work performed over a period of time, research, strategy development, content creation, campaign management, or third-party expenses, completed work or committed expenses may not be refundable.
Any refund arrangements will be considered according to the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
12. Intellectual Property

Third-party materials, software, stock images, plugins, fonts, tools, and other licensed resources remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Clients are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary strategies, documents, pricing information, or other confidential information provided by Pixal Growth.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently obtained, or required to be disclosed by law.
